06 — The economics

One asset. Two sources of value.

Each platform company is an operating business with its own enterprise value — and a capability used across the investment platform.

Platform holdings are operated as independent businesses. Value may be realized through continued ownership, strategic transactions, recapitalization or exit. Relationship labels reflect Irivon's actual economic interest in each asset.

These are not internal tools. They are operating businesses with standalone value.

Their strategic value to Irivon is additional — not their only reason to exist.

FAQ — Definitions

Terms, defined.

What is a platform company?

An operating business that serves its own market, provides a capability across a platform's investments and — where the platform holds an economic interest — can contribute to group value. Irivon's four platform companies cover sourcing, intelligence, knowledge infrastructure and capital access.

FAQ — Questions

Platform questions.

Direct answers, in the words we use with investors and partners.

What is a platform company?
A platform company is an operating business Irivon holds an economic interest in that both serves its own market and provides a capability across Irivon's investments — sourcing, intelligence, execution or capital access. Each is a standalone business with its own customers, revenue and enterprise value.
Are the platform companies internal tools?
No. They are operating businesses with standalone value. ExitToBuy, MarketTruth, ContentBuilder and Apex Bridge each serve external customers; their use across Irivon's investments is an advantage, not their purpose.
How does Irivon own the platform companies?
Irivon's economic interest in each platform company is defined separately and disclosed where relevant. Where an opportunity involves a company founded or owned by Irivon's principal, this is disclosed in the opportunity materials.
