Irivon Capital is an operator-led investment platform built by people who spent their careers inside companies — not allocating capital to them from a distance.
Iryna Stasiuk came up through marketing — the discipline of making a company's value visible to the people who pay for it. For more than fifteen years that work took one specific shape: an owner decided it was time to exit, and the business had to become worth more before it went to market.
Not bigger. More valuable. That meant repositioning the company for the buyer who would pay the most, rebuilding how revenue was acquired so it was repeatable rather than personal, putting operating systems in place so the business ran without its founder, and preparing a company that could survive a buyer's diligence — not just a pitch.
It was done again and again, across industries and across markets — the United States, Europe and the UAE. Each time, the same disciplines moved the number. Over fifteen years, that became a method.
“Every owner wanted a higher price. Almost none of them had built the company a buyer would actually pay for. The work was closing that gap — before the exit process began.”
Two companies with the same revenue can sell for very different multiples. The difference is rarely the market. It is how the company is built: how it is positioned, how predictable its revenue is, how much of it depends on one person, and whether its operations can scale without breaking.
Those are not financial-engineering problems. They are operating problems — and they take twelve to thirty-six months to fix. Which means the value of a business is largely decided long before anyone opens a data room.
We write about this in Insights and apply it through Irivon's operating frameworks.
The work had been done for owners. The question that changed the business came from investors — long-standing relationships in Dubai, Doha and Riyadh who had seen what happened to a company when operators, not just capital, got involved. They wanted direct access to U.S. businesses, and they wanted it with people who would be inside the company after the money arrived.
So the model was turned around. Instead of being hired to raise a company's value before someone else bought it, Irivon would invest in the company — alongside its own capital and the investors who had asked for exactly this — and do the value-creation work as an owner.
Irivon Capital was formed in New York to do that: one access point to individual opportunities, each presented with the asset, the plan and the structure, and each evaluated on its own terms.
Today Irivon acquires, invests in and builds businesses across three strategies — lower-middle-market acquisitions, technology and AI, and real assets — where its own operating infrastructure can materially change the outcome. Four platform companies provide sourcing, intelligence, knowledge infrastructure and capital access. The investment decision and the operating work are made by the same people.

Irivon is led by two founders who have built companies themselves — one in New York, one in Silicon Valley — and who stay involved in the businesses the platform invests in.
New York“I don't look at a business and ask how to make it bigger. I ask what has to change for it to become materially more valuable.”
Iryna Stasiuk is a New York–based serial operator with a marketing background and more than fifteen years spent increasing the value of businesses before their owners sold them — across the United States, Europe and the UAE.
