05 — Questions
Questions we are asked.
Direct answers, in the words we use with investors and partners.
What kinds of businesses should apply?
Established businesses with proven underlying value and a constraint Irivon can help remove — owners considering an acquisition or majority sale, growth capital or a minority investment, or a strategic partnership. If you are not sure which, choose 'Not sure yet'; Irivon classifies the strategy.
Do I need a pitch deck?
No. Supporting materials are optional. A deck, a financial summary or nothing at all — a clear paragraph about what the business does, what is limiting its next stage of growth and what outcome you are considering is enough to start.
What happens after I submit?
Every submission is reviewed directly by the Irivon team: review of the business, situation and fit; a direct conversation if there is alignment; a diagnosis of whether Irivon can materially change the outcome; and, if the thesis holds, a defined acquisition, investment or partnership structure.
Will my information be kept confidential?
Submissions are handled confidentially and used solely to evaluate potential fit with Irivon. A non-disclosure agreement can be put in place before any detailed materials are exchanged.
Does Irivon provide consulting or advisory services?
No. Irivon is not a consulting firm. It participates only where its interests are structurally aligned with value creation — through acquisition, equity investment, joint ownership or another transaction-specific economic structure.
